  Had a good dinner at seafood sams for my first official meal on the cape.  It's hard to go wrong with the fried seafood platter. What isn't good fried?  I will say the Haddock was incredibly fresh and flakey. Scallops, shrimp and clam strips all really good. And the lobster bisque was deliciously creamy with chunks of lobster meat. I will definitely be back to try the fish "chowda"!

  My friends and I found this place in an effort to get some seafood that was relatively close to our Airbnb, and wow, this place did NOT disappoint. The people who work here are lovely; they are so kind and accommodating.
  
  This was, by far, my favorite food place we've gone to on Cape Cod. Each time I came here (we ate here FOUR times during our six-day stay), it was some sort of lobster salad. I'm dreaming of their Ceasar salad + lobster salad as I type. Their fries (my measure of how good a restaurant is) were light, crispy, and delicious. Lastly, I loved their coleslaw, where I'm usually very picky with coleslaw. It was creamy, fresh, crunchy and delicious.
  
  Speaking of their Ceasar salad + lobster salad, on one of our last nights, I had to come back for their Ceasar salad + lobster salad. We got back to our airbnb (about a 4 minute drive away) when I sat for dinner and noticed that they gave me grilled chicken instead of that heavenly lobster salad. I called, not expecting much, but to be asked to bring back the salad so that they could replace it. When I got on the phone with the manager, however, she was super gracious (even more so than when we first ate there and she was super warm and welcoming) and did all that she could to resolve the mix-up, though she didn't have to do much, considering how kind she had already been!
  
  If we ever come back, this will be a place we must return to. The location is scenic and spacious. They have plenty of seating and parking, too!

  We "accidentally" discovered this place as we spent a few days in Cape Cod area. But it was just great! Had one of the best seafood lunches in a while.
  My daughter keeps raving  about her lobster Mac n cheese. My son enjoyed his fried shrimp dish. And the rest of our group had the baked platters.... beyond DELICIOUS!
  
  The gentleman at the register explained everything thoroughly. Not a sit down restaurant, not a fast food joint either....but the food is great!

  Sam's delivers good food for a great value.
  
  The baked seafood platter for two came with more coleslaw than I have ever seen. The seafood was fresh and handled with care but covered in too much bread crumb for my liking. The clam strips were amazing and something special. The clam chowder was good but primarily potatoes which detracted from the experience a bit.
  
  While I don't regret anything about our experience at Sam's they offer good food at a value and that's good in my book. Are they perfect? No... but as Yelp says they are A-Okay and that's 3 stars

  Seafood Sammies may not be for everyone but hey, more for me then!! It has been my go to spot since I was a kid and the food is reliable in taste and quality. The prices have gone up over the years, granted, but hasn't everything? It's a casual joint and I often like to call ahead and get mine to go. We like to eat on the beach or even a picnic table along the canal
